1. About these terms

2. Current status
The platform is in development and is not yet generally available. Descriptions on this website are of planned capabilities and are not a promise of specific features, timelines or availability.
3. Accounts and workspaces
When available, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your workspace and for the users you authorise.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Kayloq to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited messages, to message contacts without any required consent, or to violate applicable law or the terms, policies and messaging rules of Meta and WhatsApp (including the WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies). We may suspend access to protect the service, other customers or comply with law.
5. Your data and consent responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent or opt-in to contact the people on your lists, and for honouring opt-out requests.
6. Third-party services
Kayloq relies on Meta’s WhatsApp Business platform. Availability, message approval, pricing and policies of Meta are outside our control, and Meta charges may apply separately. Kayloq is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
7. Fees

8. Intellectual property
The Kayloq name, branding, website and software are owned by or licensed to CodeKubix. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform in line with these terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability

10. Termination
You may stop using Kayloq at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or where required by law.
